On February 27th to March 5th, twelve of the best chefs in Valencia are getting together in what is the first edition of the Valencia Culinary Meeting.
For seven days, chef duets will be cooking produce-centred menus focusing on local yet universal gastronomy and promoting the love of good food as a global value.
The private initiative with great public interest and a must for any foodie and culinary fan is set to mark the stage of Valencia as a place of world-class cuisine.

At the Valencia Culinary Meeting, a variety of free, informal chats will take place.
They will be hosted by local and guest chefs who will talk about their philosophies in a gastronomy-related setting, Colón Market.
